as your doctor releases you, you
can have your special fitting.

special bra or can my old ones do?

A— No, you will be fitted
with a prosthetic and a special
bra for the new prosthetic at
the same time.

important to where a prosthetic and
not just push socks or rags or
cotton in the bra to fill it out?

A— NOT wearing a breast
prosthesis, or wearing one that
is lighter or heavier than the
remaining breast can cause:

Q— What if I lose my
hair after my treatments? |
A— This is a concern of most
patients and we encourage the
pre-consultation appointment so
hair styles and colors and
textures can be matched with a
cranial prosthetic (wig) so the
transition can be made
discreetly. We suggest that the
cranial prosthetic be purchased
early so that in the event that
it is needed you will be
prepared. At the Body Beautiful
Naturopathic Wellness Center we
discourage wearing the turbans
only because they are
depressing.
